I highly recommend Danika to any parent or family looking for an experienced, loving, and trustworthy caregiver for their children. Danika nannied our son from the ages of 2 - 15 months and became a beloved friend during her time with our family. I had so much peace of mind as a new (first time) mother knowing that my child was in safe hands with someone who genuinely had his best interests at heart. From day one we could tell that Danika was someone we could trust with our infant son. She has great natural instincts but also ran any decisions that she made in relation to childcare by us first. That kind of trust meant everything to our family. One of the things we instantly appreciated about Danika is that you can tell she really, truly loves children. Nannying wasn’t just work for her; she genuinely cared about our son and enjoyed watching him grow and learn. Danika is kind, patient, and has such a good heart. My son absolutely flourished with her. She is also incredibly hardworking and flexible. She was so accommodating and understanding when our needs changed as our son went through different phases (and germs!). She brought both professionalism and warmth to everything she does, which is exactly the balance we needed for someone caring for our child in our home. Any new family would be lucky to have Danika join them. I can't recommend her highly enough, and I'm happy to chat more if you are considering Danika as a caregiver or nanny. She is an easy person to recommend and I have nothing but positive things to say about her!
