Hi my name is Daniel! I'm a college graduate currently working as a substitute teacher. I've been working with kids for 10 years now aged 2-12. Love working with kids! I used to teach youth sports at the University of Denver for 7 years, but now I just do private lessons. I've spent over 5 years tutoring and mentoring underprivileged elementary aged students. I am certified in CPR and first aid. I have also been trained in medicine administration. I am a native Spanish speaker and tutor in Spanish. Daniel is fantastic! He tutored and cared for a kindergarten pod that our son was part of this year for an immersion Spanish program. Daniel kept the kids plugged into their online learning but also did wonderfully with them when their virtual teacher wasn't in session. He was creative with their learning, and did many activities to support their community-mindedness (community service projects), sports/play ability, and all the while helped them increase their Spanish language learning. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
