I have a home based data business I've run for 15 years, which supports me well and leaves me with hours free every day. I helped my dad care for my mom in-home hospice in 2020, and found that it worked very well doing my early morning work on a laptop while I sat with mom, and I was able to help her calm down when she woke disconcerted. I was able to be my dad's primary companion from 2023 until his passing this year, including round-the-clock attention during the last 3 weeks of rapid deterioration. I enjoyed being his chauffeur, cook, and errand runner. Looking for similar 24x7 position in exchange for housing.
