Hello! I am a thoughtful, warm, diligent personal care aide. For me, there is such deep meaning in encountering people, especially those experiencing hardship. To be able to extend mercy, hope, and care to another is my passion, and hospice/personal care-giving allows me to do this within the ordinary rhythms of daily life. Caring for seniors is a particular joy because they often have given away so much of their own lives already. After working in full-time ministry for 7 years, my passion for people has led me to hospice and personal care because I desire to work more directly with people in need. In my spare time, I enjoy making coffee, teaching partner dancing with my wife, playing basketball (badly), and taking my 2-year-old son on bicycle adventures. Beyond compassionate relational accompaniment, my competencies include all daily living activities, and general house-work (outside and inside).
