I like caring for seniors because they are really interesting people. I'm naturally an old soul so I like to learn from people who are older than me. I see it as they have lived longer life's then me and they can teach or guide me on whatever I want to do. I also would treat them as if they were my family and I just like being around senior they are funny, insightful, and have a lot of stories to tell! One thing you should know about me is I grew up in the Adult Family Home business. My parents have been running a home for the last 15 years so i've been around clients that have alzheimer's, dementia, behavior needs, and etc. I've been around clients who were in hospice and etc so it's been a huge blessing as most of the clients I have been around we've created a bond and we have an amazing time. My skills include taking clients to appt & errands I know how to hear my clients out and emphasize with them and understand when they are mad or sad or just need some redirection
