My goal is to be a reliable support for families. I have over five years of experience providing care and I am First Aid Trained. I have a deep, personal understanding of how disabilities may affect our lives. I understand the importance of learning about each person's unique history and preferences. I adapt to changing routines, and handle confusion or agitation with patience and compassion. I provide companionship, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, bathing, and mobility assistance. I communicate with families using their preferred method.
