Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With a graduate degree and nine years of experience, I bring a patient and detail-oriented approach to care. My experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities across the lifespan has equipped me skills in respite care, ADL's, skill development and more. I am happy to support families with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle all care with compassion. Regular updates via text or phone calls keep families informed, always respecting their preferred communication method. Respecting a client's independence and autonomy is essential to me.
