About Danielle

Danielle has my highest recommendation. I hired Danielle through care.com in December 2022. She takes care of my 4 year old Monday - Friday 2-7pm. Danielle is kind, patient, a self starter, punctual, engaged, enthusiastic, vibrant, and very intelligent. She has phenomenal executive functioning skills. She takes meticulous notes on every topic and she executes flawlessly whatever the plan is whether it's schedule or food or education or safety or anything. If I tell her a new recipe that my daughter enjoyed, she makes it for my daughter and it turns out even better than what I did. She does science experiments with my daughter, she does baking with my daughter, she does fine and gross motor skill exercises with my daughter. She takes her to museums and parks and so forth. She takes any idea I have and runs with it in her own fabulous way. Example: I picked up an egg dye kit for Easter and put it on the counter. All I said was this is here as a potential project during spring break. She hard boiled eggs and took everything they would need for the egg dye project to the park where they did beautiful eggs outdoors at the park. She also invited my daughters friends to join. She has made friends with the other nannies and makes sure my daughter is getting lots of play dates and socialization. Danielle is very smart -- she's getting her masters in education. We are very lucky and blessed to have her as our after school nanny. Although our child is a neuro typical child, I understand that Danielle was an Au pair for two prior families with neuro diverse children. So she has extensive experience across both. She has my unqualified recommendation and it is my hope she remains our after school nanny for a long time!
