Danielle seemed like a very nice person with loads of experience, we extended an offer she had accepted and informed us a week later she was unable to accept due to family care circumstances. I'm sure she's wonderful, she just seemed like she needed to sort out her personal schedule and plans before formally accepting an offer in the future.
