I care deeply about your loved ones feeling supported, safe, and encouraged. I am available to care for seniors, children, pets, as well as run errands. I have been a personal trainer for 14 years and I am also a middle and high school coach for cross country and track. My goal is to provide reliable, compassionate care that makes a meaningful difference in your loved one's daily life. I offer services including errands, meal preparation, physical activity, mobility assistance, daycare, and companionship. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I am patient, calm, and approach every interaction with empathy. To build a strong connection, I prioritize learning your loved one's personal history and unique preferences. I follow your preferred communication method to keep you updated on your loved one's well-being.
