I am a Registered Behavior Technician. I have experience working with children and adults with autism and was involved in the Peer Tutor program at my public school. I love working with kids and can show great empathy when the child is going through tough behaviors. I am extremely patient and the care provided by me will be lead by the child, as in I will never force them to do something they don't want to do. They will be in charge of many of the activities we do, and I would be using Natural Environment Teaching.
