I do not have any paid experience with caring for seniors but, during my senior year of high school, I was in an ROP Health Careers program where I was required to work at Doctor's Hospital Manteca in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), which was predominately filled with senior patients, and in the Medical Surgery Unit. My position at the hospital was to assist other nurses in caring for patients. My daily tasks included taking patient vitals, assist in changing beds, assist in changing patients, and feeding patients.
