She came over for a dry run and things seemed to go really well and the kids loved her. Then the first shift she was scheduled for she just didn't show up or call, despite confirming with me that she would be there less than 24 hours beforehand, causing my husband to miss work. Still has yet to respond to any texts or phone calls with any explanation.
