About Danielle Marie

I have over six years of experience providing compassionate care for animals across a wide range of settings: private homes, shelters, farms, and sanctuaries in the US and Norway. In Chicago, I worked as a caregiver with Da Vinci Paws, offering personalized in-home support for pets. I have also cared for dogs, cats, cows, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, and ducks on farms and sanctuaries, handling daily feeding, medication administration, behavioral observation, and enrichment. Most recently, I worked as a caregiver and foster coordinator at an animal shelter in Chicago, supporting dogs and cats of all temperaments and needs. I approach every animal as an individual, with patience, consistency, and close attention to their specific personality and comfort. As a live-in caregiver, maintaining a clean and organized home was a natural part of my daily routine, and I take pride in keeping spaces tidy, functional, and respectful of the people and animals who live in them.
