I respect the independence of those I care for and adapt to changing routines. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and always follow their preferred method. I am comfortable providing transportation, running errands, assisting with personal care and light housekeeping, preparing meals, and providing dementia and medical management support. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets. Knowing I can bring a little peace of mind to your family makes my work truly rewarding.
