Hello! My name is Danielle and I have over 8 years of experience working with seniors in a variety of roles, including hospice, companion, personal care aide, and life enrichment coordinator in assisted living and memory care. I have a degree in Gerontology from UNC Charlotte with a focus on Alzheimer's and dementia care, and I'm a certified dementia care practitioner with 6 years of experience supporting individuals with various forms of dementia. I am passionate about providing empathetic, respectful care that helps older adults maintain their independence, autonomy, and dignity. I pride myself on my patience, kindness, and ability to work with all personality types.
