Dani has been the caregiver for our almost 2 year old and 6 year old for over 1 year now. She has been absolutely amazing. You can tell she really cares about the girls. She is very reliable - never late, never calls in (this is important to two parents who work full time). She does art projects, educational activities, and outings with the kids. The baby at 22 months old is talking well above her age level and can identify colors, shapes, and can count to 5! I attribute this to all the one-on-one time she spends with Dani.
