Hi! I recently retired from the Army as a Combat Medic. I am in school for Recreational Therapy, and have hopes to get into an Occupational Therapy program afterwards! Prior to the Army I worked with children in the preschool setting. While in the Army I developed a passion for patient care, but I missed the fun of interaction and activity with the kids. Now I am planning for the best of both worlds with Therapeutic Recreation! I love animals, and I have 2 guinea pigs named Lucy and Pip. I also enjoy crafting and fitness.
