My focus is on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I adapt my teaching methods by varying my strategies, like visual aids and hands-on activities. I also encourage open communication and seek feedback. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples. Open dialogue with both students and parents is essential for understanding needs and setting clear expectations.
