About Danielle

I am a Special Education teacher. I am currently on a career hold while I stay home with my 9-month-old beautiful and fun baby girl. I am of the "hands off" approach to learning, meaning that I love to let my daughter explore (with me watching every move of course) as much as possible. I believe you need to let kids discover the world and interact with it and to be there to support their interests and nourish their spirits. I am very patient and enjoy "talking" and exploring with my beautiful little girl. I love to sing and dance and just have fun too! I have lots of classroom experience, so reading and such are all a part of my repertoire too. Also, I am very nurturing. I have a 10-year-old Springer who likes to take meandering walks and get treats, and an enthusiastic 2.5-year-old Shepherd who loves nothing more than to play hard-to-get with a ball. We enjoy walks in the woods when the weather and ticks make it bearable. I have petsat in the past and loved it. I am looking for some side work providing quality time with pets. I just don't think they ever get enough time. I am happy to help them out!
