As a nanny, I feel it's most important to meet a family's needs as a whole, working collaboratively and seamlessly. As much as I work to meet the child's developmental needs, I am also supportive and encouraging of the parents as they navigate parenthood. I went to a Waldorf school as a child and that experience has guided me well as a nanny. We have only the positive things to say about Danielle. We strongly recommend her without reservation. She worked with our twins for a summer when they were ages 6 months to 9 months. What stands out about Danielle is that nannying is not a job for her. It truly is her passion. She loves babies and loves caring for them. She is able to keep them well-cared for, entertained, and on a good routine. She handles chaos with ease and will easily accommodate any request. Our children light up when they see her. We cannot safe enough good things about her care, professionalism, and commitment to children.
