I have an enormous amount of passion for the special needs community. My sister Lauren was diagnosed with Medulla Blastoma ( brain tumor ) when she was 5 years old. She fought the good fight and at 25 years old, is still with us and smiling today! Monday through Friday I work with her from 9 a.m. -5 or 6 p.m. She receives the ID waiver from Medicaid and is also a legally blind citizen.
