My three years of experience have solidified my passion for supporting well-being and independence, while also providing families with reliable care. As a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm equipped to handle a variety of needs, and I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a genuine connection. I'm also happy to assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
