We were very desperate to find someone to help my terminally ill mother bathe/groom after she rapidly deteriorated functionally. Danielle was able to come within 24 hours of initially contacting her. She is kind, ready to do things however requested/knows what to do when we didn't know. My mother was very comfortable with and likes her (and she tends to not like a lot of people!). I'm planning to use her again, she was a lifesaver for us. Reasonable pay, very prompt/timely. If I could give her 6 stars, I would :)
