About Danielle

I have been a geriatric nurse for 15 years. I currently work as a Registered Nurse and Resident Care Coordinator at a large assisted living facility. I adore working with seniors and have had extensive experience in geriatric illness and medication management. I have spent a great deal of my career focusing on managing dementia and effective dementia care. I am medically CPR certified with years of experience in wound management. I have also had many years of experience in hospice and palliative care. My experience has included geriatric nutrition, tube feedings, suctioning and tracheotomy care, activities of daily living, safe and proper transfers, bathing, medication management, assessment of illness and injury, diabetic management, physical therapy support, music therapy and end of life with dignity.
