Nurturing children and watching them grow has always been my passion. I have over 10 years of experience caring for children ages 4 and up, along with a college degree and professional experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I've supported children with special needs, including autism, led small group and classroom activities, and implemented individualized behavior and learning plans. Supporting my autistic brother has deepened my patience and compassion. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, follow household routines, communicate openly with parents, and am committed to helping children thrive.
