I actively listen and observe to assess a student's individual learning style and adapt my teaching methods accordingly. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples or their personal interests. I break down complex problems into manageable steps to build momentum. Open dialogue allows me to adapt my approach for optimal student outcomes. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment when a concept clicks is the most rewarding aspect of being a tutor.
