Hi, I'm Dani. I've been involved in special needs care and partners PE since 6th grade and continued working with children and teens with a variety of needs all the way through my senior year. During that time, I learned how to support individuals with patience, understanding, and creativity -- whether that meant helping with daily routines, communication, or emotional regulation. No matter how hard things got in life and school I could always look forward to seeing those kids everyday. I hope that they looked forward to it as much as I did. My experience has taught me how important it is to meet each person where they are, celebrate their progress, and create a safe, encouraging environment. While my background is primarily volunteer and school-based rather than paid, I take this work to heart and approach every individual with empathy, respect, and care.
