Daniele is just absolutely amazing!!!! She cares deeply for the baby’s well being, and has a huge heart. I trust her endlessly with my baby, she helps my baby feel at ease because she is so in tune with his cues. He never cries for long around her because she does whatever is necessary and quickly to help him feel content again and fall asleep which is exactly what I wanted. Which leads me to say too that she also cares so much to honor the parents wishes! She listened to me so thoughtfully and was willing to try so many unique requests that I made to help me and/or my baby! She also gives great feedback too about what works well vs could improve! And in the moment if she needs to make decisions she does an excellent job prioritizing the baby & preserving everyone’s sleep. But again my most favorite aspect is just how tender and kind she is, to me and especially to my baby! I could always sleep soundly knowing she was with my precious baby, through his regressions & growth spurts or after pediatric shots, she took the best care of my baby and helped him and me get the most sleep possible <3 I will absolutely be hiring her again & recommend her HIGHLY!
