We have all enjoyed Dani and highly recommend her! She is great with kids of all ages (ours are 8, 5 and 15 mos) - she loves to be active, is very artistic and creative, and is easy to be around. In addition to watching the kids at home, she helped us with carpool, took the kids to after school activities, occasionally stayed late for date nights, and even did an overnight stay for us. We asked her upfront to help with some housework - unload/load dishwasher, kids' laundry and pick up kids' rooms and main areas.
