About Daniela

Unfortunately, my experience with Daniela was disappointing. We both agreed on terms, payment, and start date, and she met my family, who warmly welcomed her. However, just hours after leaving my home and confirming our agreement, she messaged to request a pay increase. I responded and agreed to the new terms. About 30 minutes later, she requested additional compensation for a short commute — which I also agreed to, given the short notice and my need for childcare. Shortly afterward, Daniela sent another message stating that she could no longer take the position because she had to care for her mother. This was very concerning, as Daniela had previously mentioned she worked as a home health aide and that my offered schedule perfectly fit her availability. Her repeated changes and last-minute withdrawal showed a lack of reliability and honesty. Caring for children requires consistency and trust. I would advise Daniela to only accept positions she is truly ready and available to commit to in the future.
