About Daniela

I am a childcare provider with over 4 years of experience in structured, overnight care for children. I worked in a residential gymnastics program (ages 5-14), where I was responsible for supporting their daily routines, including homework, meals, hygiene, and school preparation, while also making sure their time was balanced, engaging, and positive. What I value most in this work is the connection that naturally builds with children over time, and the ability to support their development in a way that feels both structured and human. I focus on creating stability, encouraging good habits, and helping them feel confident in their day-to-day lives. I am looking for a position where I can provide consistent and trustworthy care, while maintaining open and respectful communication with families and contributing to a calm and supportive environment for the children.
