As a daycare teacher, tutor, babysitter, summer camp counselor, and nanny, I've worked with children with special needs in several different capacities. I have specific and extensive experience working with children diagnosed with ADHD, Down Syndrome, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. We cannot express enough how much we have loved having Dania become part of our family! Dania assisted with our three children ages newborn to four years old for almost 2 years! Our two oldest children are autistic and require specialized therapy. Dania participated in the therapy sessions, and her hard work is demonstrated through the improved development of our children. At 2 years of age, our second child said his first word with Dania!!! And she got it on film for me to experience! Our therapists routinely complement on Dania's performance during therapy sessions. She is dependable, flexible, and truly cares for the little people in her life. We would keep her on board indefinitely had I not decided to resign from my position to stay at home myself. I highly recommend Dania to become part of your care-giving team.
