Dane was amazing - loving, caring, responsible, patient, present, and great with my kiddo. Dane took the time to get to know me and my kid, and learn a bit about my parenting style before the caregiving began. When I asked a question in our interview about 'what's your strategy when a child gets upset?', Dane was so thoughtful in their answer that I learned from it and had an 'aha' about my own parenting (I'll leave it to you to talk to Dane to hear what they said!) -- but I really appreciated that, because it's not often that you necessarily have deep insights in a standard caregiver interview. Of course, Dane is also all the basics. Responsible, on time, good communicator. And so much more. Highly recommend!
