About Dana

To Whom It May Concern, It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Mrs. Dana. She has dedicated thirty years to the students of a Public School. As the building Principal, I have been responsible for supervising her for the last five years. I am sad to be losing her to retirement, but excited to know that she has decided to continue working with children. She is a hard-working, caring and dedicated teacher. She exhibits the motivation and strength needed to run a productive and well managed classroom. She spends hours creating lesson plans that are hands-on, differentiated and aligned to the new Common Core State Standards. She has been able to successfully implement our new Program this year at various academic levels based on her students needs. She is constantly addressing the developmental needs of her students by planning opportunities for them to grow and explore academically, socially, and emotionally. The smiles on her students faces are proof of the safe and secure learning environment She has established in this classroom. She is a team player. She has developed wonderful relationships with her students, parents, peers and administrators and has contributed so much to our district by communicating well and sharing ideas with others. She has been an invaluable addition to our school community and she will be missed dearly. In closing, I am confident that Mrs. Dana will be an asset to your district.
