About Dana

Hi! My name is Dana, and I've been working with children for over 8 years in a variety of roles that reflect my passion for helping kids grow, learn, and feel supported. I've spent the last two years as an elementary school paraprofessional, where I assist with classroom instruction, behavior support, and one-on-one guidance experience that's given me deep insight into how kids learn and thrive. Beyond the classroom, I've also held lead roles in childcare-focused summer camps, where I was responsible for creating fun, engaging, and safe environments for groups of children. Whether I'm helping with homework, getting creative with crafts, or planning outdoor activities, I bring patience, structure, and a genuine love for what I do. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both kids and parents, and I always aim to create a calm, nurturing space where children feel seen and heard.
