Hello! I'm an experienced educator with 19 years of teaching experience and a passion for helping young learners become confident readers. I am a certified elementary reading specialist with a BA in Early Childhood Education and an MS in Students with Disabilities. After 17 years in my school district, I spent the past two years volunteering as a teacher with Mercy Ships in Africa, where I continued supporting children in their learning journey. I enjoy working with children ages 5-8, helping them build strong reading foundations. If your child needs support with phonics, fluency, or reading comprehension, I offer personalized instruction designed to make reading enjoyable and successful.
