About Dana

I'd describe my personality as Compassionate, caring and hard working I like caring for seniors because it gives them a feeling of companionship and they don't feel alone. I'm looking for a job where I can use my caregiving skills, put a smile on someone's face and make them feel comfortable and safe. I started caring for seniors when I was working at St Peters Hospital. My full time job the was as a phlebotomist but I worked after hours as a patient sitter. I also cared for my grandmother and my mother during their at home hospice care. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my daughters and family. I'm also a Licensed NYS Esthetician. This fall I'll be attending school for Practical Nursing Program. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a genuine loyal human being. My passion is to care for, help and be there for others. My skills include food preparation, helping with daily chores and errands. Changing and helping bathe and get dressed.
