About Dana

I have many years experience teaching children and have secured my FL K- 6 elementary education credentials. However, I have now decided to substitute teach to allow more schedule flexibility for my own teenager and retired husband! With over 8 years of professional experience, I offer patient, creative, and reliable care for up to two children ranging from infants to pre-teens. My background includes a college degree with Early Child Development coursework, CPR/First Aid training, and also have many years experience working with special needs children. I am comfortable engaging children through outdoor sports or educational games. I am a skilled swimmer and can provide swimming supervision. I am comfortable following your lead on household rules and communication preferences. I am happy to help with carpooling or travel. I look forward to partnering with you to create a nurturing, fun, safe environment where your children can truly thrive!!!
