About Dana

I am a fun, kind, and positive childcare professional with over 20 years of experience working with children from infancy through 6th grade. In addition to raising my own children, I led a large children's program for 15 years, serving over 1, 000 kids, where I developed curriculum and implemented policies and procedures to create a safe and engaging environment. I also spent five years nannying out of my home, providing personalized, attentive care. With a degree in Psychology, I have a strong understanding of developmental stages and how to support each child's unique needs. I love partnering with parents to help children feel confident and supported!
