The most rewarding position I have ever done is working with Special Needs Individuals. I have spent the last 4 yrs working with disabled people whether Mentally challenged, Cerebral Palsy, Downs and any other intellectual disability I am MAC Certified and allowed to give medication when scheduled, bathe them, lite housekeeping if needed. So much more on a daily basis and just to know I am able to help someone and see their quality of life be enriched by your actions is heartwarming.
