About Dana

Hi! My name is Dana and I'm a mother of three: 2 of my children are Special needs, one is 6 years old with Epilepsy and he cannot do anything on his own, his mind and body don't connect. He is G-Tube fed. I have a 5-year-old Autistic son who is minimally verbal (1 year ago completely non verbal), cannot conversate. I have 21 years of experience caring for Special Needs children, my heart is with Special Needs children, they hold a special place in my heart and that's what I want to keep my focus on. I am gentle and patient and I understand children who can't communicate for themselves. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular text or phone calls, always following your preferred method. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I follow your lead when enforcing household rules. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
