Dedicated youth development and outdoor program professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and 4-H. Five years of service as a Special Education Paraprofessional in the Boise School District, supporting diverse learners through individualized instruction, behavior support, and inclusive classroom practices. Extensive camp leadership background, including Summer Camp Director for Cascade Lake 4-H Camp, Camp Manager for Girl Scouts of Silver Sage for one year, and Camp Program & Property Director for two years, overseeing staff training, safety, accreditation, programming, and facility operations. Certified First Aid, CPR, and AED Instructor, trained Stop the Bleed Instructor, medication administration certified and experienced in risk management, youth protection, and curriculum development.
