I've always wanted to make a positive impact on the lives of children, which is why I became a childcare provider. As a patient and friendly caregiver, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I believe in communicating openly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, and I follow their preferred communication method. I've been working as a Lead Teacher in a daycare center for over a year, and during that time I've learned dozens of creative and engaging activities to support toddler development. I always bring songs, games, crafts, and movement into my work - with me, your child will never be bored! I am CPR and First Aid certified, I've completed Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff, and I am a non-smoker. I take pride in following household rules and routines, and I'm always happy to adapt to each family's individual needs.
