As a pet owner myself, I know the time and energy us pet owners put into learning how much stimulation they like, what food they prefer (and is best for their health), even their favorite toys and nap spots! As your pet care taker, I would give your pets the same amount of care and attention to get to know them the way I know my own. I am no stranger to reactive dogs or more spicy cats. As I worked with my own cat who was quick to swipe, and she is now a cuddle bug. I have also worked with my shepherd/corgi mix to be less reactive to other dogs and to stop leash pulling I use these examples to show that I met pets where they are at and help them trust me at their own pace. I would love to do the same for yours! I have cerebral palsy and am unable to offer dog walking. But I'm happy to help with meal time, playing with pets, and other care tasks or enrichment activities. I am happy to answer any questions! Thank you!
