In addition to tutoring and assisting on an academic level, I have created and implemented art therapy programs for children on the spectrum and a wide variety of special needs children. I am a firm believer in play therapy and have been trained under the Pamela Wolfberg method through Montessori Autism Programs in Folsom, CA. I have extensive experience with Lindamood Bell Auditory Discrepancy Programs as well, and am dyslexic myself, which truly helps when working with students that struggle with that. It's tough to complain when your teacher has 6 years of college, and years of teaching under her belt. I would love to continue sharing the wonderful results from these training and the skills that I have developed over the years.
