My goal is to make a positive impact on their lives and provide families with trustworthy and reliable support. I strive to build connections based on respect, kindness, and safety. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I follow the family's preferred communication method to keep them informed. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide respite care, transportation, and home health services. I also assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility, and physical activity. I have gone through CNA, CPR and First Aid training.
