With four years of experience providing home health, respite, and hospice services, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and respect for individual needs. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with empathy. I provide assistance with daily living tasks, medical management, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and physical activity. I communicate regularly with families through written reports, verbal updates, and text or phone calls. CPR and First Aid certifications are current. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
