When I joined Care. com I was caring for seniors b/c my sister in law was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor and I wanted to help my brother care for her. But changed to wanting to care for children I flew for Southwest Airlines as a flight attendant for 21 years. And retired 21 years ago so I could be a stay at home mom with my 2 kids who are now 28 and 25. I adopted them at birth and are the love of my life. I love to cook, read books and just be at the beach. I have been taking one time jobs with children and they range from 5 months to teenagers. I feel like I have a good sense and strong understanding of a child's development. I'm very hands on and outgoing and love to watch a child grow into their own unique style. I has been caring for children from 5 months to 9 th grade. Mostly one time jobs but wanting a more permanent job being a nanny ! Thanks for looking at me!
