About Dana

I have over 10 years experience working with kids in different environments, from schools as a sped teacher, to daycares. I am familiar with Waldorf and Montessori methods. I'm currently getting my masters in ABA. I've really love working with individual families, and have worked with many. I have experience with infants to 14 years old. I have also taken care of people who have disabilities of all ages and abilities. When with children, I like to let them lead through curiosity and wonder. I do my best to create an environment where questions can be asked and answers can logically be worked out to gain a better understanding of life around them. I deeply enjoy working along side children to guide them in learning about the world they live in while keeping a sense of wonder and amazement of life. Working with kids is what I truly enjoy doing. This is my career path, not just something on the side. I'm really good at what I do and can provide references of previous families.
